Context
Signals, built by Factory for its Droid coding , looks for difficulties that a task-completion metric can miss, such as a user repeatedly rephrasing a request before the assistant succeeds. It uses model-based analysis to turn Droid session logs into categorized patterns, then groups similar patterns to identify recurring problems. The engineering account says human analysts receive abstracted descriptions rather than raw conversation content.
When a recurring problem crosses a threshold, the system can create a ticket and have Droid prepare and review a code change. A human still approves the change before it is merged. The improvement loop described here connects session analysis to proposed product fixes; it does not remove that approval step.
