Tencent HY3

A hardware-control task in this hands-on review exposed a consequential identification error by Tencent's HY3. Asked to change a laptop keyboard's lighting, the model eventually supplied a brightness-control utility that affected the display backlight instead.

The reviewer reports that the screen became very dark, then describes working with the model to restore it. Recovery was achieved, but the requested keyboard-color control was not. This single test illustrates why a utility's ability to change a setting is insufficient evidence of success: the change must reach the intended device and produce the requested behavior.
