Tencent HY4 Is HERE – Is THIS Tencent’s Next Frontier Model?

In one test of Tencent's preview HY4 model, a YouTube reviewer asked it to build a watch product website that included an exploded view: a slider that pulls the watch apart into its components. In the reviewer's spoken account, the first output had a black square moving around and blocking the watch, and the reviewer fixed that manually before judging the page. They also said that repeated 429 rate-limit errors (the service refusing requests because of usage limits) made the model close to unusable for real work during testing.

After the fix, the reviewer described a working slider that expanded and contracted the exploded view, with tooltips labeling the parts that they said they had not asked for, and called it well done. Their closing assessment rated the watch page a strong result for a preview model. This is one narrated demonstration, with human repair and unreliable access, from captions only. It does not measure HY4's general ability, and the reviewer's own expectations about the final release are provisional.
