Liquid AI's d1 decision model adds vision at a fraction of frontier cost

A small classifier-style model that returns yes/no or score probabilities in one forward pass. For ticket triage or inspection steps in an agent pipeline, it could replace costly frontier calls with much lower latency and cost.
