Deepgram Acquires Pipecat Maker Daily, Launches Open RCS Protocol

Pipecat, a common framework for real-time voice agents, now sits under Deepgram, which says it stays open source and vendor-neutral. Builders get a new open protocol for passing audio context to LLMs, and should note the ownership change.
