Tencent's August 5, 2026 Hy3 announcement says the model is available globally across its products, APIs and developer platforms, giving developers a hosted route to it. OpenRouter's listing, which the post links as the API pricing page, describes a configurable reasoning setting: direct responses by default, with low and high reasoning modes for math, coding and multi-step problems.
