Context

Uber Engineering designed uReview to control how much an AI code reviewer demands. After generating comments, it grades their confidence, merges overlapping suggestions and suppresses categories that developers historically found unhelpful. Developer feedback adjusts those filters by language and issue type. The aim is to surface useful problems without burying reviewers in minor complaints.

Uber reports that engineers providing feedback marked 75% of comments useful. That is a measure of perceived usefulness; the system remains an additional reviewer whose strongest findings concern problems visible in source code. The engineering account describes these filters and limits.
