Music V2 5 Model

Music v2.5 is available through the ElevenLabs API and Flows, so builders adding generated music to products can use the newer model. Commercial-use terms and the block on tracks referencing other artists' songs are stated.

• In a blind test of 47,885 same-prompt pairs, ElevenLabs says Music v2.5 was preferred over v2 the majority of the time, with the widest gap on vocal-led and acoustic-heavy genres such as R&B, soul, hip hop, rock, metal and orchestral music.
• Free users get five lossless downloads a day and may use tracks commercially if they credit ElevenMusic; Pro gets 400 a month. Permissions are fixed when a track is made, so cancelling, downgrading or future term changes do not affect existing tracks.
• Downloads are blocked for tracks that reference another artist's song. Music v2.5 is the new ElevenMusic default, is also available through the ElevenLabs API and as a node in Flows, and v2 remains available.
