Vercel Connect's new Microsoft Teams connector has Vercel register the Entra app and Azure Bot resource directly in the customer's tenant, so no client secret needs to be stored by the developer.
A tenant administrator with an Azure subscription does a one-time setup; after that, incoming Teams messages are verified and forwarded to the app as a Connect trigger.
