Composio is a developer platform founded in 2023 by Soham Ganatra and Karan Vaidya, IIT-Bombay graduates who met as Physics Olympiad teammates and later led integration-focused engineering teams at companies including Nirvana and Rubrik. After initially trying to build coding agents, they pivoted to solving the deeper problem of connecting AI agents to the tools they need to act in the world, raising a $24 million Series A from Lightspeed Venture Partners and Elevation Capital.
