It emerged from stealth in April 2024 under CEO Scott Dietzen, a former Pure Storage and Yahoo! executive, after raising a $227 million Series B at a $977 million valuation from investors including Sutter Hill Ventures, Index Ventures, and Lightspeed Venture Partners. The company builds developer AI tools aimed at understanding large, complex codebases for professional software teams.
