Cathryn Lavery is an entrepreneur best known as founder and CEO of BestSelf Co., a productivity and self-improvement products company she launched via a 2015 Kickstarter campaign and grew to eight-figure revenue. She sold the company to a private equity firm in 2022 and later reacquired it after becoming dissatisfied with its direction under new ownership. She has since described herself as working on becoming "AI native" and has published open-source developer tools and a newsletter covering AI and building in public.
