Greptile is a San Francisco-based AI code review company founded in 2023 by Georgia Tech alumni Daksh Gupta, Soohoon Choi, and Vaishant Kameswaran. It builds an AI system that indexes an entire codebase to review pull requests with full-repository context, catching cross-file bugs and enforcing team-specific conventions that isolated diff-based reviewers miss. Greptile went through Y Combinator's Winter 2024 batch and raised a $25 million Series A led by Benchmark after a $4.1 million seed round.
