Harvey is an AI company building tools for legal and professional services work, including contract analysis, compliance, due diligence, and litigation support, founded in 2022 by Winston Weinberg (a former lawyer) and Gabe Pereyra (a former research scientist at Google DeepMind and Meta). It has raised several hundred million dollars from investors including the OpenAI Startup Fund, Sequoia Capital, Kleiner Perkins, and GV, and partnered with OpenAI on a custom-trained legal case-law model. Harvey was most recently valued at roughly $11 billion.
