Harvey is a San Francisco company that builds AI software for legal and professional services, including contract analysis, due diligence, compliance and litigation work. It was founded in 2022 by Winston Weinberg, a former litigation associate at O'Melveny & Myers, and Gabe Pereyra, a research scientist who had worked at Google DeepMind and Meta. Harvey says it raised $550M at a $15.5B valuation, and it publishes harvey-labs, a benchmark for evaluating agents on legal work.
