WebHaptics packages tactile responses for mobile interfaces. Its repository provides a small JavaScript API and integrations for web frameworks, so an interface action can trigger a preset or custom vibration pattern. The project is a library for adding feedback to existing interactions; whether feedback is felt depends on the device and browser.[4]
