Loops (legally Astrodon Corporation) is a Y Combinator-backed email platform built for SaaS companies, unifying product, marketing, and transactional email in one tool for startups running onboarding, trial, and usage-driven campaigns. It was founded in 2022 by Chris Frantz and Adam Kaczmarek, who met while working together at CuriosityStream. Frantz had previously co-founded the AI copywriting startup Snazzy, which the pair sold to Unbounce in 2021, while Kaczmarek spent roughly a decade as an aerospace and defense systems engineer before moving into software.
