The GitHub handle tractorjuice belongs to Mark Craddock, a UK-based technologist and enterprise architect whose career has centered on large-scale public-sector digital infrastructure. He was a key architect of the UK Government's G-Cloud programme and led development of its original CloudStore procurement service, later helped design the United Nations Global Platform (a federated multi-cloud environment used by national statistics offices to work on Sustainable Development Goals data), and served as interim CTO of the Unified Patent Court. He is also a published author on Wardley Mapping and UN technology strategy.
