@openstatus/health is a tree-shakable, dependency-free library that runs probes against a server's dependencies and reports an overall ok, degraded, or unhealthy status. Thin adapters mount the core as a GET /health endpoint on frameworks like Hono, Elysia, Express, and Next.js, while separate probe packages check individual dependencies such as databases and APIs, running on Deno, Node, Bun, and edge runtimes.
