Governor is a proxy that sits between AI agents and model providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI and xAI. Each agent gets its own key with spending caps and tool rules, and Governor inspects tool calls in model replies, blocking denied ones and holding others for human approval. The live demo uses a fake model and shows decisions signed into an audit log.
