Relayvora hands unfinished work from Claude Code to Codex and back by building a short handoff instead of passing a long transcript. It reads the session, captures uncommitted changes and commits, runs the project's own checks, and labels each fact as observed, user, agent-reported or inferred. It then launches the next agent with the handoff loaded, so the new agent knows what is verified.
