hatswap keeps several Claude Code accounts signed in at once and moves a live conversation between them, either by resuming it or by starting a fresh session from a repository-aware handoff brief. It can pin folders to accounts, set a default account, show per-account usage limits, and hand work to OpenAI Codex. Settings, skills, hooks and conversation history are shared across accounts, so only the login differs. It supports macOS and Linux.
