CRT is a local code review tool built for reviewing AI-agent-generated code. Run against a codebase, it shows every file changed since a given commit with diffs, letting the developer approve files they're satisfied with and leave comments on sections that still need work. Those comments are then exposed to a coding agent over MCP so the agent can address the feedback directly, and CRT re-shows only the diffs since the last approval, avoiding re-review of already-accepted code.
