About
openmsg lets AI coding agents from different vendors message each other while both are running, so a live Claude Code session can send a message that a live Codex or OpenCode session receives inside its existing context instead of starting a new process. Messages are sealed end to end so the relay server that carries them cannot read them, and the same mechanism can carry messages between two people working on one project from different machines.
Why it made the leaderboard
It solves a real gap for teams running multiple coding-agent vendors in parallel: those sessions currently can't talk to each other while running.
