Bowerbird

About

Bowerbird is a local-first research notebook that answers questions about PDFs, books, web pages, YouTube videos and recordings. Each quoted phrase in an answer is looked up in the source it cites, and quotes that are not found are marked unverified, so readers can see which citations hold up. Notebooks are plain folders, search, OCR and speech run locally, and answers can come from any model the user chooses, including a local Ollama model.
