SCM is a macOS app that searches every photo and every frame of video in any folder using local AI models. It supports plain-language queries, scene-level video search, OCR for visible text, and Whisper-based search of spoken lines. Inference runs on the user's Mac, with no accounts, cloud, or uploads, so media stays on the device.
