Workflow steps now support extended function durations

Vercel raised the maximum execution time for individual Workflow steps on Pro and Enterprise plans from 800 seconds to 30 minutes, as a beta feature. That gives a step more time to finish before hitting its runtime limit. The changelog requires teams to set VERCEL_ENABLE_WORKFLOW_EXTENDED_MAX_DURATION to 1 and redeploy, with Fluid compute and a supported Node.js or Python runtime. Hobby steps remain limited to five minutes, so the additional headroom depends on both plan eligibility and explicit activation.
