camsnap: a CLI that hands an agent live camera frames

Context

Camsnap is a command-line tool that captures camera frames and, on supported USB webcams, controls pan, tilt and zoom. That gives a tool-using a way to request a frame, save it as an image and change the viewing direction. Its maintainer, Peter Steinberger, posted that they added USB rotation support and told their assistant to look around with a 360 webcam.

The current project documentation separates image capture from the pan, tilt and zoom commands. On macOS, those movement commands require Camera permission and check the observed position after moving. Compatibility matters: movement depends on the camera exposing the controls, rather than being a capability every webcam acquires.
