About
Octo is an infrastructure-as-code platform built on top of Terraform that lets teams declare infrastructure as a graph of high-level intent nodes (App, Region, Environment, Service, Server) instead of writing low-level cloud resource definitions directly. It translates that intent graph into standard Terraform code, for example turning a Region node into a VPC and internet gateway or an Environment node into an ECS cluster, aiming to make infrastructure easier for a whole team to reason about.
Why it made the leaderboard
Octo lets teams describe infrastructure as high-level intent (regions, environments, services) rather than raw cloud resources, then generates ordinary Terraform code that teammates can still run and review directly.
