Halv is a desktop workspace that runs Claude Code, Codex, Kimi and GLM in one window using the user's existing subscriptions. The app and its local savings features, including a code index and context compression, are open source under Apache 2.0. A paid cloud tier adds a router that assigns each task a model and effort level, plus a savings dashboard. The site's 57.1% lower cost claim comes from the vendor's own 42-run benchmark.
