Cloudflare Clef decision models are available on OpenRouter @Cloudflare's Clef (27B) and Clef Flash (9B) are open-source decision models. Context

OpenRouter said in an X post that Cloudflare's Clef models are available through its service. Clef, at 27 billion parameters, and Clef Flash, at 9 billion, are described as open-source decision models. Parameters are the learned values that set a model's size. Rather than writing text, they take text, JSON or images and return typed answers with probabilities, so a program can use the result directly, for example to classify a request.

Input costs $0.24 per million for Clef and $0.09 for Clef Flash, and output is free. The post is a hosting and pricing notice and reports no accuracy or speed results. Cloudflare's own announcement, which Intel covers in a separate item, is where claims about the models are made.
