Cohere open-weights North Micro Vision under Apache 2.0 for document parsing

Cohere's North Micro Vision is a compact model that takes images and text as input and produces text. Its model card describes document reading, chart understanding and information extraction among its intended uses. Native-resolution image processing preserves fine visual detail, which is relevant when the input contains small text or dense page layouts.
