Building on Cursor's self-hosted execution option, Vercel provides a separate lightweight virtual machine for each request. Its control system starts workers, monitors sessions and cleans up afterward, allowing the worker pool to shrink to zero when idle. The announced reference implementation requires Cursor Enterprise.
