About

Panel is a research workspace where an AI agent works alongside the user in a single dock containing chat, files, PDFs, and notebooks, and can create custom viewers or apps on the fly when the built-in panes aren't enough. It runs locally through Claude Code and stores conversations and workspace files outside the app's own folder, so the repository can be updated or re-cloned without losing data.
