The Frontier AEO Tracker: What Astra Chooses (and every other frontier model, and what you can do about it)

Latent Space's Frontier AEO Tracker measures which products AI models recommend under a defined set of questions, a practice the post calls AEO. Its launch account describes six prompt variations across seven models with search enabled, covering 161 categories. A proprietary score combines first choices, alternatives, mentions, and negative recommendations. That makes it useful for examining how a product appears in generated recommendations and how answers vary with wording. Because the observations are model responses to those prompts, the score measures visibility within the study; it does not establish product quality, customer purchases, or the return from a marketing change.
