Cognitionannounced it acquired Dioxus Labs, led by Jonathan Kelley, whose Dioxus is a widely used open-source Rust UI framework alongside related projects Blitz, Taffy, and Subsecond. Cognition says it will continue supporting all four as open source, and that the team's expertise will go toward Devin's virtual machine, its computer-use capability, and its testing systems, rather than toward a new closed product.
