1/ Introducing the Cua Spaces SDK. Every big lab now ships a bot with its own computer: Grok Bot, Muse, dots. None let you bring your own. With Cua Spaces, now you can. Put Claude Code, Codex or any agent on compute you choose, and run jobs across all your computers at once.

Context

Cua announced the Cua Spaces SDK as a way to give a coding such as Claude Code or Codex its own computer on hardware the user chooses, and to run jobs across several of the user's own computers at once. Cua frames it as a contrast with the big labs: it names Grok Bot, Muse and dots as lab-built bots that each come with their own computer, and says none of them let you bring your own. Cua's pitch is the reverse arrangement, where the agent can be any agent and the machine is one you pick.

The announcement is a single short post with a video, and no transcript of the video was available, so the evidence here does not show how the SDK works, what it costs or which operating systems it supports. A Cua post the following day gives a concrete picture of a Space in use: Hermes Agent can now launch Cua Spaces, creating one on a Mac, Windows PC or Linux machine when a task needs a computer, doing the work there and deleting it afterwards, while the user and their team can join the same Space as it runs.
