Computer now works in email. Send, forward, or cc computer@perplexity.com on any thread. Every email task runs as a normal session in Computer, viewable on web and mobile, with the same audit trail as any task in the app.

Context
Perplexity made Computer addressable at computer@perplexity.com: users can send a new request, forward a thread or copy it into a conversation. Each request becomes a normal Computer session that can also be inspected on web or mobile, with the task's audit trail. This connects an email request to the same execution record available in the app. The August 18 announcement describes that workflow.
The August 24 changelog specifies that tasks run with the sender's existing connectors, permissions and memory and that Computer replies only to the verified sender in the same thread. In that release, copying Computer into a group conversation did not send its output to everyone on the thread.
